1. Dữ liệu tiện ích truy cập

Khi bạn bấm "Nối kênh" và cho phép, tiện ích dùng YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API và YouTube Analytics API) của Google để đọc dữ liệu của chính kênh YouTube của bạn: thông tin kênh, danh sách video, số liệu phân tích (lượt xem, thời gian xem, người đăng ký, nhân khẩu học, nguồn xem, doanh thu ước tính) và bình luận.

Khi bạn mở YouTube Studio của kênh, tiện ích đọc các số liệu hiển thị trên trang mà API không có (tỉ lệ nhấp, lượt hiển thị, số liệu mua sắm, bình luận) và chỉ lưu trên máy. Tiện ích chỉ thao tác trong Studio — gắn sản phẩm, đăng trả lời bình luận, thả tim — khi bạn bấm nút tương ứng; trả lời hàng loạt chỉ đăng sau khi bạn xem lại danh sách và bấm Đăng.

Việc sử dụng và chuyển thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Giới hạn sử dụng (Limited Use). Tiện ích dùng YouTube API Services; khi dùng tiện ích bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube và Chính sách bảo mật của Google.

English summary. Mandala Analyst is a browser extension for YouTube channel owners. With your consent it uses YouTube API Services to read data about your own channel (channel info, videos, analytics, comments) and stores it only in your browser's local storage. When you open YouTube Studio it also reads metrics shown on your channel's Studio pages (click-through rate, impressions, shopping metrics, comments) and keeps them locally; it only acts in Studio (tagging products, posting replies, hearting comments) when you press the matching button, and batch replies are posted only after you review the list and press Post. We do not sell or share your data. AI features send aggregated channel metrics to the AI provider you choose, using your own API key, only when you press a button. Our server receives your activation code or account session, a random device ID generated by the extension and the version number (access check, device limit, expert prompts); it receives no YouTube data. If you create an account, the server stores your email, a one-way hashed password (PBKDF2), your plan, status, creation and last-seen times, and hashed session tokens bound to the device ID. Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile (no YouTube access); the server stores your email, display name and Google account ID. Six-digit verification codes are emailed from our Gmail mailbox through Google Apps Script; only a hash of the code is kept for 10 minutes and the message content is deleted right after sending. To delete your account and its server data, email us from the registered address; we delete it within 7 days. For managed AI (activation codes with AI, trial or upgraded accounts — no personal Claude key), your AI requests pass through our server to Anthropic using the manager's key; the server forwards them without storing content and only records AI spend (daily, or total trial use) to enforce a limit. In the Q&A tab, if a message is abusive, only that message is sent anonymously to our server (text up to 500 characters, version number and a random extension ID; no channel, email, API key or YouTube data; kept up to 180 days). Search requests send keywords to vidIQ (your own connected account), to Claude web search using your own Anthropic key, or to GDELT (open news index) when no such key is set. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The extension uses YouTube API Services; by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
